- 1st Line-up: R500
- Additional Line-up: R350 per line-up
- Door Entry: R200 spectators, all ages
- Backstage & Show Combo: R700 — limited backstage passes available. This allows access to the main hall and backstage.
Compulsory Athlete’s Meeting: Backstage at 09h00 on show day.
The winner of the #shayebestclassicloading trophy with R2,000 cash will be awarded during the Athlete’s Meeting.

CLASSIC BODYBUILDING REQUIREMENTS
Athletes must meet the height-to-weight ratio requirement.
Example: 173 cm athlete: 173 – 100 = 73 + 6 = 79 kg.
Therefore, 79 kg is their maximum competition weight.

OVERALL CATEGORIES
- Bikini Overall: All Bikini category winners, including Wellness classes. Winners of Ladies Bikini, Fitness, Ladies Masters and Ladies Wellness categories will stand against each other.
- Overall Ladies Bodybuilding: Winners of Ladies Figure Open and Ladies Bodybuilding Open categories will stand against each other.
- Overall Men’s Physique: All Men’s Physique winners will stand against each other.
- Overall Men’s Bodybuilding: All Men’s Bodybuilding line-up winners, including Classic, will stand against each other.

TANNING
Tanworx is the only accredited tan on show day.
Professional stage-ready tanning.
Rate: R600
Includes:
- Base tan
- Stage coat as needed
- Touch-ups for up to 2 line-ups + Overalls
- Shine / glaze if required
Athletes competing in more than 2 line-ups will be charged R50 per additional line-up.
VERY IMPORTANT: Tanworx will not do any touch-ups or fixing of tans if the tan was not originally applied by Tanworx.

No other tanning company, other than Tanworx, will be allowed at the venue.
Tanning and makeup will happen at the venue. More details to follow.

EVENT PHOTOGRAPHER PHOTO PACKAGE
Individual Contestants Photographs
- Early Bird Special: Book and pay before the event for only R400
- Normal Package: R450
The package consists of all stage photographs in high-resolution digital format for all divisions.
- Lead time: Minimum 2 weeks after the event for release of stage photography, due to the anticipated number of participants.
- Photos will be sent via WeTransfer.
